Return & Refund Policy

At StampifyPro, all products are custom-made based on the design provided by the customer. Therefore, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

Returns & Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product damaged during delivery

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof.

Conditions:

• Product must be unused

• Original packaging should be intact

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom products with customer-provided designs

• Orders with incorrect details submitted by the customer

 

Refund Process:

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Important:

We do not offer returns or refunds for design issues, size selection mistakes, or change of mind after order confirmation.
